Calgary Pond Rock Materials

All of our pond rock is handpicked from three locations. This ensures that your landscape space is as natural as possible.

We get a slate type rock that is generally used for foundational type work from Kimberly, British Columbia. This rock is easily stackable and is brownish/copper in color. It is also used for many other types of application for landscaping construction.

Colorful, medium sized rock in all shapes and textures comes from Fernie, British Columbia.

Finally, we get extremely colourful finishing rock from Montana, called Montana Rainbow rock that is usually used for the finishing touches such as for stream beds and to act as a mulch around various water garden plants. It works great for all kinds of shrubs/trees and perennials.
